Azadeh Nabi

Mind & Body Medicine Facilitator

Welcome to Rhythm of the moment!

My name is Azadeh, and I’m a 45-year-old mother of two with a deep passion for growth, healing, and helping others transform their lives. My journey of self-discovery began 11 years ago with the birth of my first child—a life-changing experience that opened the door to profound personal growth.

Through therapy, workshops, and completing certification in mind-body medicine integration, I’ve been able to make meaningful changes in my life. These transformative experiences not only helped me heal and grow but also inspired me to share what I’ve learned with others.

Growing up in an Iranian community, I experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating trauma, including the effects of war, societal expectations, and personal struggles. These experiences shaped who I am today and deepened my commitment to supporting others, particularly within the Farsi-speaking community.
I’m fluent in both Farsi and English, which allows me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. My goal is to create safe and supportive spaces where individuals can explore their emotions, reconnect with themselves, and build resilience.

Whether you’re seeking tools for stress reduction, emotional balance, or simply looking to start your journey of healing and self-discovery, I’m here to guide and support you with compassion and the skills I’ve gained over the years.
Thank you for being here—I look forward to walking this path with you.
